National Safe Place Network (NSPN) is excited to open the call for presenters for Focus 2025, taking place July 22 – 24, 2025 in Orlando, Florida at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. NSPN is seeking experts, thought leaders, and practitioners to share their knowledge and insights at this premier event dedicated to advancing the field of youth services.

Presenter Opportunities

- Workshop Presenters: Facilitate interactive and engaging 90-minute sessions designed to provide practical tools and strategies.
- Panel Discussion Presenters: Lead thought-provoking 90-minute conversations featuring diverse perspectives on key issues.
- Individual Poster Presenters: Engage attendees in an informal 60-minute poster display session. Tool Time will highlight high-quality, innovative, and relevant programming, including outreach strategies, assessments, case plans, or other tools that support work with youth and families. Reverse Site Visits will showcase organizations and their unique and successful approach to youth services and community engagement. Both will share promising and best practices in a format that encourages the exchange of experiences, expertise, and lessons learned.
- Round Table Facilitator: Work with NSPN to identify topics of focus for open space conversations important to the field and then facilitate the conversation.

Submission Guidelines and How to Apply

- Presentations should be relevant to the youth services field and provide valuable insights or practical solutions.
- Proposals must include a title, abstract (up to 250 words, written in third person), a brief bio (written in third person), and a photo of the presenter(s).
- Sessions can be workshops, panel discussions, or individual poster presentations.
